Excellent and honest service. I went into the shop today with 2 bikes. First needed and inner tube and I thought a service. He said the bike was OK and didn't need a service, saving me $90. The second bike's back wheel wasn't working. Because it was also the breaking wheel, he said that the wheel would cost $150 and that to be honest the bike wasn't really worth that much. I would have paid the $150 but took his advice. The puncture was fixed and ready for pick up an hour later. Good person running the store

Came in with a warranty issue that another store refused to deal with, which the Canning Vale store has now fixed. Great customer service, friendly and informative too!I should have listened to advice and gone here in the first place!PSA - Avoid Cannington Bike Force, owner has a reputation for terrible and inconsistent customer service.I'll be sending my friends and family here from now on!CheersRhys

The owner of the place is a legend! I bought mine today for $742 and it's such a nice bike. Rode it all the way home and it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely be having fun with this bike. If you're reading this, thank you for your good service in helping me choose a bike that fits my budget.

I'm not one for reviews usually, but credit where credit is due, this shop deserves one!Great customer Service, & Dale is a very Friendly helpful owner. A pleasure to do business with.I travelled from Joondalup to pick up a Kuat Bike rack from him & he unexpectedly did me a real solid gesture. I would highly recommend this bike shop for is integrity and honest business practice.Thanks Dale.

I spent about an hour with Dale discussing the purchase of a new bike and not once did he try and push me to make a decision. His answers were informative and even if I don't end up buying from him I will definitely recommend him. He's not just my closest bike shop but definitely one of the best I have dealt with in my area during the past 5 years. My MTB is on it's way there for a service....all thanks to Dale.

I asked about 700mm bike tube, wondering why my 700mm existing tube seems bigger than the tire. Seller sold me a new bike tube and took my bike tube also. Then later found out that the new bike tube is still bigger than my rim. There is no problem with my 700mm tube, the 700mm bike tube is actually made larger than normal.

it's good to have a local, no rubbish, knowledgeable place to get your gear and repairs. Good sharp pricing that is comparative, sometimes cheaper than online and you don't have to wait. These guys go the extra mile chasing info to get it right. Highly recommend, just what you want.
