Great local bike shop in the city, Geoff and his team have a wealth of experience with all types of bikes and brands.Have had a few issues with a single speed bike, most recently the rear hub had an unusual component snapped, the boys stripped it down, some how found a new part and got it back together working better than when I bought it. Best service, knowledge and advice .Happily recommend this bike shop to anyone.

A great bike shop with fantastic service from Jeff and Leigh. Leigh in particular is always very keen to help if I am stuck for a part, or the bike needs to be booked in for some TLC. Have always been given realistic time frames for when the work will be completed - so you're never left disappointed and the work never feels overpriced. Keep it up guys!

This is a fantastic shop. I had my tubular wheel fixed here. The team is great, very helpful, friendly and great advice. They also didn’t try and sell me what I don’t need or can’t afford like some other shops. It was a good experience and I will look to support them from now on and perhaps buy my emtb from them. Thank you for the great service.

Was having trouble changing new pedals on my bike so went to the store for assistance. Leigh was friendly, approachable and changed my pedals (and adjusted my bottle cage over my bike lock strap as he didn’t like how it sat) within 5 minutes, free of charge! Top bloke and great service.

Hi Jeff and fellow staff, thank you for all your help in making my purchase of the new bike fairly seamless. It is never an easy task setting up an ISP frame. Sorry Jeff that you lost out on your power cranks, but thank you for swapping them out with mine. Hopefully you have had a report back from Shimano on the problem? Amazing service at this shop!! Leigh and Jeff are extremely knowledgeable. They helped me pick my first road bike and were super helpful at each step. No surprise that I came back for my second bike and looking forward to purchasing my third bike from them even though I now live in Vancouver! Super refreshing to see this kind of service nowadays.
