Cannot recommend Phil enough. My daughter's Cannondale Synapse ladies road bike was put together in a very quick turn around. The attention to detail and care is second to none. I have managed Olympic and elite cyclists, triathletes and sailors and he is absolutely my go-to guy from now on.
